We have also installed a reverse osmosis water filtration system which delivers fresh, clean crisp drinking water with a hot/cold dispenser. The two bedroom suite has an open patio at west corner of the building - which connects to open walkway.

Each bedroom share is to be rented at either:

$850 for a 12 month term starting May 1st, 2019 (ending April 30th 2020)
$900 for summer semester - 4 Months starting May 1st, 2019 (ending August 31, 2019)
$950 for a 8 month term starting September 1st, 2019 (ending April 30th 2020)
