The choice is ours on how we think and respond to life and the events that happen. It can be hard to break a pattern of thought, but it is beneficial to think positively.

Here's a quick recap into the start of Year 2 for the Toronto Foundations Program!

Students are doing well and we're going deeper into Nei Gong practice. They're working at the level of the Qi, and now time to develop some skill there! We've covered a LOT of material in Year 1, and this second year will build off of that and go into more depth and detail so we can develop ourselves. The energetic arts take time and diligent practice to develop Gong, these lovely folks are on their Way there. 😊👏🔥

The energy of Spring is in full swing! What do you notice about Spring?

There is a strong driving force in Spring, it's why our seeds sprout up through the soil and why the flowers bloom. It's the energy of new life and more activity than the previous season of winter.

When we harmonize with this seasonal energy shift, we benefit greatly. This is a great time to start exercising more regularly and engaging the body. It's also a good time to garden or get outdoors for more sun and activity.

The Liver is related with the energy of Spring and so is the Gallbladder, as they share this energy to drive forward.

I've been working on projects and finishing them up with this strong motivating force. Enjoy the energy of Spring!
