On January 31, we celebrated the very best of the Okanagan’s residential building industry at the 2026 Okanagan Housing Awards of Excellence gala. Now in its 33rd year, these awards honour the builders, renovators, designers, and project teams who continue to raise the bar for how we live, build, and feel at home in our region.

One of the most meaningful moments of the evening was the Lifetime Achievement Award presented to Kevin Edgecombe, recognizing a career that has shaped our industry and inspired generations within the Central Okanagan building community.
