Join our team as an experienced 𝗘𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗢𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 working on both overhead & underground utility construction projects.

What You’ll Do:
✔ Operate heavy equipment including excavators, backhoes, skid steers, compactors, RBDs, and other utility equipment
✔ Assist with pole setting, duct bank construction, and underground utility installations
✔ Assist with placement and installation of precast concrete vaults, manholes, and structures
✔ Assist with site preparation, trenching, backfilling, and material handling
✔ Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
✔ Work closely with ground crews, supervisors, and Journeyman Powerline Technicians to complete projects safely and efficiently

What We’re Looking For:
✔ Proven experience operating heavy equipment in construction or utility environments
✔ Experience with excavation and underground utility work is a strong asset
✔ Knowledge of powerline or utility construction (preferred)
✔ Valid driver’s license (Class AZ/DZ is an asset)
✔ Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, and productivity
