We are HIRING

We are seeking a hard working and reliable construction site forman to join our team. You will participating in a variety of construction/remodeling projects. You will be required to understand the flow of Construction and must be able to read and understand site drawings. You must be a TEAM Leader and have the understanding of how to lead and get the best out of our Team while still being able to take direction yourself.
You must have a minimum of 5 years experience, with the knowledge of Framing, Drywall, painting, and finish carpentry with an eye for detail.
To be successful at this position, you will have to work well as part of a team, enjoy challenges and strive for betterment.
• Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
• Salary: $24.00-$35.00 per hour
• Schedule:
o 8 hour shift
o Monday to Friday
o No Week Ends
• Experience
o Construction/Remodeling min 5 years
o Must able to read and follow blue prints and design drawings
o Consult blueprints, designs, and client instructions to develop construction plans for your team
o Manage construction sites, ensuring that workers adhere to construction plans and safety codes
o Create schedules and construction timelines
o Create positive client relations, Update clients on construction progress through presentations and client meetings
• Requirements
o Carry a valid G1 License and have personal transportation to get to and from various Job sites
o Willing to travel to various job sites through out and around the GTA, York, and Simcoe.
o Be mild tempered and a team player
o Have your own tools
o Be healthy, strong and fit
