This morning, in the early hours, Grandmother Moon was at the peak of her offering of New Moon energy.

The New Moon which is the perfect time to focus on welcoming in the new, is dancing in the stars of Cancer, the sign of the Mother.

In June our heads pivoted and we opened up to a different way of thinking about things, so of course in July we are being supported to do the same with our hearts.

𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗙𝗲𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗙𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗲?

You may be noticing your emotions surfacing, your feelings asking to be recognized and your heart pushing you towards a change.

We cannot stay stuck.

So today, take a moment, check in with your feelings and give them space to be heard.

The energy of the Feminine is one of Intuition, Instinct, Compassion & Creation, and you are being asked to connect to it all.

Where we stand now is not comfortable and we cannot stay here.
But, we don't quite yet know where we are going, so what a lovely time to connect to heart.

This New Moon calls for for a playful energy.
It calls for kindness, grace and compassion in regards to emotions.
It asks you to get out of your head and recognize you have the opportunity to grow, move into new AND CREATE!

It is not about the outcome right now.
Stay out of your head and away from expectations.

Today, with the magic of Grandmother's New Moon sitting in the stars of the Momma, feed your heart and connect to her and TRUST that connection.

It's time to step into new feelings, new love, new experiences.

Step out of the heavy structures, and into the light of the feminine.
That light will guide you into what you create new this fall. Trust it.
For now we set the stage with kinder, softer & more playful energy.

After what has been an incredibly intense few weeks, this morning I was gifted the medicines of the Fox.

Not only did that little Queen stand on the road watching me pass by, but she sat on the edge of the forest watching me drive away with the biggest smile and light in her eyes. She watched me go and I watched her in my rearview.

I whispered... I hear you & I thank you for showing yourself in my world.

Spirit is not loud.
The truth is not demanding.
It is the gentle, soft and quiet messages that I've learned to hear.

You see I've been struggling with identity.
I divided myself into small pieces long ago, a wife, a mystic, a wild friend, a lover... and last night I had a thought... maybe I did this to survive. And maybe it's time to bring all of the pieces of me back together into one.

This morning Spirit gifted me fox medicine.

The fox is cunning and will adapt, or shift shape to survive.
But to thrive, a fox can't hide, can't play small. A balanced fox can hide in the shadows for safety, but must also know how to come into the light and be seen. It is all about trusting itself.

So if you are looking to come out of your shell, open to a new perspective or are simply tired of hiding in your den, I invite you to call in the Fox. May she give you the support and clarity she gave me.

It is time to step into the new & I trust my instincts that I will adapt when the situation requires.
