Congratulations to the Brain Injury Association of Waterloo-Wellington on being one of our 2025 Community Impact Grant Recipients!

This grant will support Lidz on Kidz, a program that provides free bicycle helmets and brain safety education to elementary-aged children in the Waterloo-Wellington area.

Through helmet giveaways, proper helmet-fitting information, and concussion awareness resources, the program helps children and families understand the importance of protecting their brains while staying active. By reducing barriers to accessing essential safety equipment, Lidz on Kidz helps prevent avoidable head injuries and promotes safer cycling for children across our community! 🚲🧠

The Kitchener Rangers and Rangers Reach are proud to be the winners of the OHL Community Involvement Award!

Through initiatives including game day 50/50 draws, game-worn jersey raffles and a variety of special initiatives, we raised nearly $2 million while setting an OHL record with a 50/50 jackpot of $149,540 take-home!

Efforts from both organizations allowed us to provide community impact grants totalling $113,000 to 16 local organizations and scholarships in the amount of $28,500 to 19 graduating high school students; demonstrating a lasting commitment to supporting the Kitchener-Waterloo community.

Memorial Cup Jackpot Champion! 🏆

We finished the season with big wins both on and off the ice!

The Kitchener Rangers captured their third Memorial Cup in franchise history and Derek from Kitchener walked away with $44,855!
