Rough news for this homeowner.

We opened up the wall to fix some water damage and found the drain pipe had been leaking for a while. If you notice, the 2x4s were completely rotted out. Here's what we did:

🔹️ replaced rotted cast iron with new ABS pipe
🔹️ cleared out the mold and replaced rotten wood
🔹️ reframed the arch
🔹️ reninished the drywall and wainscoting
🔹️ repainted.
