Nananthus vittatus

$20 each
6 available
In 2” pots
Raised from seed

Nananthus vittatus are easy and rewarding plants. They grow in winter and typically go dormant in summer. This species usually "wakes up" in mid-fall. Water minimally in summer, only when the plant starts shrivelling. They need full sun or light shade during the other seasons. It has a gorgeous, thick, root system and the plant can be progressively raised from the substrate so that some of the roots can be seen. The "caudex" shape of the raised roots is impressive and attractive. They also tend to grow more "heads" when they are raised.

Greenovia dodrentalis
‘Green Rose’

$10 each
8 available
In 2” pots
Raised from seed

Greenovia are tiny little plants, only about 6 inches tall at maturity. They are found in the eastern and western parts of Tenerife in the Canary Islands. They are squat bodied, grayish green plants that often have a rose tinge at the edges of the leaves. The leaves are fleshy, smooth, oval to paddle shaped and layered upon another, just as rose petals nestle against themselves.

Welcome!

If you’ve ever bought a plant, taken it home and then thought ‘hmm I could use another one of those’, you’re not alone!
The addiction is real and it’s impossible to stop once you’ve started.
It was the same for me and now I have more than just a handful of plants. My love is for unique succulents and cacti, with most of my focus on:

Caudiciforms
Asclepiads
Euphorbia
Haworthia

I grow the majority of my plants from seed but also propagate from leaves and cuttings regularly. As my personal collection grows, I inevitably end up with too many of one species from time to time. This space is dedicated to those extras...and the new homes they need to find.
I will post available plants by species and keep the available tally updated in each post so you always know exactly what is available for you to take home.

You are welcome to message with any questions you have.

Happy Planting Everyone!
