✨ Life Update ✨

Sorry I’ve been so absent over the last few weeks! Life has been incredibly busy and, honestly, a little chaotic.

A few weeks ago, I had surgery and am still recovering, which means I haven’t been able to spend much time sitting at my desk creating. On top of that, we had to move with only two days’ notice, so the last several days have been spent unpacking and trying to get our new home organized. (Now located on Southwood Drive in Cambridge for those of you that pickup orders)

Just two days after we moved, my son needed emergency gallbladder surgery, so my focus has been on helping him recover and making sure he’s doing well. Thankfully, he’s on the mend.

I’ve also been navigating life as a single parent. Even though three of my kids are adults, they still seem to need something all the time! 😂 My youngest is 14 and adjusting to having only one parent at home. It’s been a big change for him, but he’s doing really well. We’re currently working on getting him switched schools and ready for Grade 9.

As for my business, I’m now getting ready for kempenfest! It’s my biggest event of the summer, and this year I’m going in with more products than ever before. I’m so excited to share everything I’ve been working on.

I’ve also applied to the allcanadianevents.ace Halloween Market in September. Fingers crossed I get accepted! Last year’s event was absolutely incredible, and I’d love the opportunity to be part of it again.

And before we know it, fall will be here, followed by my events at Benjamin Tree Farm and all of my Christmas markets. I honestly can’t believe how quickly this year has flown by.
