Happy Holidays from Horseshoe Aviary & Rescue!

Our beautiful Zara is busy crossing the Rainbow Bridge… we are really struggling with this… Zara came to us from a rescue who got her from a kill shelter… she and her partner had outlived their usefulness after being plucked from their nestbox in the wild, then used for breeding all their life.. we have had bith of them for a couple of years… Zara was just living her best life!! Enjoying her Senior years… she is tired now… hasn’t eaten for days, she stopped chewing paper last week… her partner Zoro is sooo upset!!! she is cuddled up on my chest, talking up a storm!!! Fly free my Beautiful girl! You will be back in the wild before you know it!!!!!
