A color reading for ANXIETY
There is a want to ‘do too much’ and consequently a tendency to confuse yourself with conflicting and warring considerations, ideas and ‘possibilities’ of all the things you want to, would like to, or believe you should or might have to do.
It’s the perfect design to sabotage your real potential… by having you FEEL like you have ALL the potential, or like ‘the sky is the limit’ and you ‘could do ANYTHING’, only to eventually feel defeated when reality sets in and you start to realize that you simply don’t have the time or space or energy available to do literally anything or everything your mind is showing or coming up with. You don’t have the ability to explore every avenue or every potential opportunity.
Oftentimes, you don’t or barely have any time at all, at least not as boundlessly as you FEEL you do. There’s this whole energy design or energetic programming that needs to be dialed WAAAYYY down, because it’s existing in the realm of the impossible. As in, you may have all this ‘potential’ or ‘skill’ or ‘opportunity’, but you only have one reality, one body, one linear time-construct and one option or opportunity you can practically and realistically walk into reality.
It’s a ‘feeling addiction’ in a way. There is a particular feeling-based personality design that you are ‘addicted to’ per se, or rather have made a habit to access and identify with, which is a feeling connected with the belief and idea that you can ‘do anything’, that you are a ‘jack of all trades’, have all the skill, can be good at anything and can therefore have all opportunities available to you. It’s like an illusion of wealth, with no real practical application, because realistically in this world it makes sense to only pursue or apply yourself to one thing or one particular direction. There is just no way to go in all directions all at once, no matter how capable you ‘feel’.
In truth you are afraid to make concrete decisions and will rather have ‘all your options open’ so as to feel as though you ‘don’t have to’ make a decision or pick a path/direction, because you find it scary.
Its been this way since your youth when you felt confronted with a growing pressure to make up your mind and ‘do something’ with ‘the rest of your life’ in this world. You felt like it would take away your freedom and you felt/believed that the only way to ‘hold on to’ that apparent ‘freedom’ is to never commit or make a decision to do any one thing, never specify or narrow down your ‘life-path’ and never pin down exactly what it is you ‘will be doing with your life’. Yet for the preservation of the FEELING of ‘freedom’, you shy away from creating anything in particular for fear that it might narrow you down and might ‘limit’ your abilities and potential as in the options and opportunities available to you in reality.
So it’s to start finding your ‘potential’ in the things you do, as in what you apply yourself within. Finding potential in what you actually pursue and specify yourself within and commit yourself to, and to not put credence in what is really just an energy programming in your mind of what it ‘feels like’ to ‘have potential’, but which in fact has anything to do with real ‘potential’. These kinds of highly positive ‘experiences’ in the mind are always illusions and serve as literally the opposite of what you’re actually wishing to live or believe you are living.
So you can breathe and let go of all this ‘potential’ you’re apparently supposed to manifest, and just keep things practical, as in in every moment, moment-to-moment, ask yourself and look at what you can practically, realistically and physically do to make a change, make a difference, move or direct something. What can I do right here? It won’t be ‘big’ and will not ‘measure up’ to all those grand ideas and beliefs of what ‘potential’ is supposed to be. Place your focus where it can be meaningful and make a difference, which is only ever in this moment. No need to pursue or expect ‘big things’, you must only ‘do what you can’, with the time and opportunity that is realistically available to you. We can only do what is realistically possible in our location point, which is limited to where we’re at physically in the world and in our lives. Move what you can here and it will accumulate over time into the ‘bigger’ change.

This is why I love doing color readings. Here's a reading I did for someone, on the topic of dealing with depression. This was a personal reading for her and depression is different for everyone but I thought it was a beautiful reading that I wanted to share here here. The color below is the one that stood out for this reading 💙
Obviously this color is capturing your 'sadness' that you're experiencing at the moment( I'm saying obviously because the blue is so typical for sadness). Just an ocean stream, a big river of relentless almost never-ending crying, tearing, pouring rain of tears and anguish. Like the skies tearing open and the monsoon or floods pouring in and wiping everything else away, going on and on without ever stopping for anything, without considering anything else's existence (considering as in stopping or being aware of what's around you). All you're aware of is just that huge relentless flood of tears and down/out-pouring of just this basin of depression, sadness that seems without end. Almost feeling like those tsunami footages where the rush and momentum and stream of the water takes on a life of its own and starts 'devouring' everything in its path and just destroys everything it touches in its wake as it's only consumed with and aware of its own movement and motion and path/purpose, which in this case would be "to feel sad".
But an interesting thing happens after the rain and the monsoon and even the tsunami that seems like it'll never end while and as it's happening. After the rain, there will always come sunshine. Without fail, even if you've travelled to the depths of sadness as far as you can go, the sun will break on through again and the day will start anew. And the birds will start chirping and the tears will have been like a bath that's rinsed off the old. And you open your eyes to a new day and realize things aren't actually that bad. Things feel fresh and you feel ready for a new start.
So while you're in the thick of the sadness, don't judge yourself for the tears or the anguish or the agony for you are busy washing out the old and the depression isn't here to stay. It's only here for a moment as you process whatever it is in and of your reality that needs to be let go of and prepare yourself for a new dawn in your life. A new you. One that you can't see yet as your eyes are still filled with tears but this is how we give up on the old and give ourselves the new, through this 'gauntlet' of wading through the mud, being blind and walking seemingly at the edge of the end of all that we can see of ourselves and our existence. The end of ourselves, and if we can walk through that, we'll see we actually remain and we're still here, once all the mud has cleared. So trust yourself and allow yourself to walk what you must walk for however long you must walk it and know that you'll come out on the other end 🤜🌱.
