Before getting into Real Estate, I spent 19 years working in the golf industry. Some of my favourite memories from that time came from organizing golf tournaments and fundraising events that brought people together for a great cause.

This past winter, an opportunity came up to join the golf committee for the Children's Foundation of Guelph & Wellington County, and I jumped at the chance to be involved with an organization that does so much for children and families in our community.

Working alongside an incredible group of volunteers and CFGW staff was a privilege. Everyone was fully invested in making the June 9th tournament a memorable day, and the support from our community was amazing. Registration sold out in just one day, sponsorship opportunities were gone weeks before the event, and the online auction was packed with incredible donations from local businesses and generous supporters.

To say the event was a success would be an understatement. In the tournament's 31 year history, this year's event raised over $50,000, the most ever raised.

It was a fantastic day on and off the course, and to top it all off, our team even managed to get our names on the trophy. 🏆

A huge thank you to everyone who volunteered, sponsored, donated, and played. This community continues to show what can happen when people come together for a great cause. ❤️⛳
