This patient came in with an infected front tooth. After discussing treatment options we decided on a bridge.

We removed the tooth and placed a bone graft with collagen membrane over the bony defect to help preserve the soft tissue profile. This allowed us to do pontic site development.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
We placed a temporary bridge with an egg shaped root profile on the 21 to contour the tissue. After 6 months of healing we removed the temp and took a final impression.

One of the reasons Invisalign can move your teeth so efficiently is because of attachments. Attachments are tooth coloured filling material that we bond to your teeth to give the trays something to push and pull on.
As you can see, the process is quick and painless with no drilling of your teeth. At the end of treatment we simply polish off the attachments and it’s like they were never there😁
