Reclaiming Yourself: A Journey to Healing and Empowerment is a guided group experience designed to help women navigating or healing from unhealthy, difficult, or abusive relationships—whether these are past or ongoing, and whether they involve intimate partners, family members, or others.
This 10-week women’s group provides a safe and supportive space to:
✅ Connect with other women who understand your experiences
✅ Build confidence, emotional resilience, and self-worth
✅ Learn practical tools for setting boundaries and reclaiming your sense of self
✅ Engage in open and honest conversations in a non-judgmental setting
You may benefit from this group if you....
➡️ Are feeling lost, isolated, or disconnected due to an unhealthy or difficult relationship
➡️ Want to strengthen their confidence and emotional well-being
➡️ Are unsure about their next steps but want to explore healing and empowerment
➡️ Would benefit from a space to reflect, share, and grow

WHEN I FIRST STARTED MY COACHING BUSINESS, I CREATED A WEBSITE.
A fancy one.
With lots of pages, and images I designed in Canva, and a logo I created, and a lot of text that I laboured over.
I wrote, and rewrote! ✍️
I'd put my kids to bed, and sit on my bed with my laptop and type type type.
Guess how many clients that got me?
No no, friend. Not 5000, silly. Not 50. Not even 5. 😐
My SEO wasn't developed, but even still, I'm a firm believer that a website alone doesn't bring you clients.
Most people (if they're aware that they might need coaching and that coaching is a 'thing') wouldn't head to google to find a coach.
They'd ask someone. 🗣️
That's why a referral network is so important.
Do I still have my website?
Yes. ✅
When someone says "Oh... you should really contact Emily. I worked with her and it really helped."...
They also say "Here's her website. You can contact her through there."
And then people get a chance to check you out - who do you coach, what's your approach, etc.
A website lends credibility, offers people a way to connect with you (by contacting you AND by learning more about you) and later on in your career can be a way to "funnel" people to you.
Do you need one? Yes, and No. ✅❎
