Happy Sunday! I hope this last weekend of July had been prosperous, happy & healthy. Prepared Strength has been busy thinking of new and innovative ways to establish healthy eating habits and to foster different types of chicken. Never to late to start on your goals.
Our in-house chef Udai Anand has been trying new recipes and look no further.
Below you will see three meals.
1) Meal 1 - Boneless Skinless Chicken thighs marinated with spices & herbs Mumbai style served with long grain rice and cream style corn. This gives you that flavour of Indian loving to satisfy your taste buds.
2) Meal 2 & 3 - Boneless Skinless Chicken thighs marinated with chicken tikka seasoning, spices & herbs served with long grain rice & cream style corn.
All ingredients are marinated 24 hrs before cooking to allow for better taste, improved quality and a bite that has you coming back for more.

What a wonderful and nutritious meal! Prepared Strength is back at it! In a fun and creative way!
Below we have seasoned Carrots & Brussels Sprouts with some pasta cooked and simmered in Alfredo Sauce, snow peas, garlic, broccoli and additional greens!
In addition we have some beef stir fry strips seasoned and cooked with parsley, garlic, peppers and some Thai Red Curry Sauce for your taste buds! Also we have cooked some Zucchini and Parmesan Cheese fries!
