Some scone baking tips should you need them:

Step 1: follow the directions provided! (kidding!)
Step 2: pre-heat oven to 375. I like to let mine sit at the correct temperature for a good 15 mins after it hits 375
Step 3: remove frozen scones from the freezer
Step 4: place parchment on a baking sheet
Step 5: unwrap your scones. Separate them into their 4 pre-cut portions.
Step 6: place on baking sheet a few inches apart
Step 7: bake for 18-25 minutes...ovens vary, so I know some people are needing a full 25 minutes. Mine seem to cook in 18 minutes!
Step 8: pace, wait, make tea, watch oven.
Step 9: eat! Maybe try to let cool but so difficult!!

It's been a busy night in the prep kitchen laminating scone dough for you to take home. Maybe this dark roast coffee paired with dark chocolate will be in your freezer tomorrow?
