It's one role to be playing superwoman... It Is a completely Different Reality to be a wholesome Woman and know how to balance rest with devoted activity.
Fine tuning awareness involves paying attention to the nuances of the bodies. When i'm talking bodies, I mean your emotional , mental and physical bodies.
Each hold different dimensions of tension and ease. When you learn how to recognize this , you know when you're out of balance and you will take the time to recalibrate. This is called self love..... And without it there can be a sad ending, or unnecessary suffering.
When you find yourself stressed and pulled in many directions, It really is helpful to have a neutral support or guide that helps you pair down priorities, develope a clear focus and start to relax your nervous system. I've worked with people who were juggling so much, that they've needed an outside perspective. I have helped bring them back to their center, find more balance and move from a chaotic space to one that fosters well being.

We all face challenges. Finding healthy ways to be in a situation or work with a problem, can really change the energy of a situation and how we feel. Stressful events and relationships, poor ways of handling stress and negative patterns and perceptions can all get in the way of living with more ease.
Good therapy is about feeling safe, exploring and processing your experiences and their effects on you. It requires a readiness, honesty and trust, as you navigate your way out of your storm.
