No child left behind.
Join us in wearing orange as our nation reflects on our historical truths and celebrates our indigenous brothers and sisters.

She's back!!
We are very happy to have Certified Orthotist Christine Tschirhart back at the clinic.
After being away on maternity leave with her daughter, Christine didn't have any trouble returning to a busy clinic! In her first week back she assessed for a new ischial weight bearing KAFO, stance control knee brace, Charcot-restraint orthotic walker and ... More! Yikes!
We are so happy to have you back, as are your patients.

At OBS, we design and fabricate custom orthoses for every part of the body. We work with young children to older adults. What we do changes the lives of the people we work with. And we couldn’t do it without women. Women are part of every step of receiving bracing treatment at OBS. Let us introduce you to them!
Emma is the newest member of our team. Joining us in 2022, Emma is a Certified Orthotist, formerly from Mississauga and a new mother. She works closely with our patients to design custom bracing treatments.
Christine is a Certified Orthotist and a new mother as well! Currently, on mat leave, Christine works with patients of all ages and leads in developing our cranial remolding helmet program.
Carly is a mother of two and a Registered Orthotic Technician at OBS! She has worked with OBS to fabricate custom braces since 2007.
Heidi is our Office Manager and mother of three. She has been working with OBS since 2014.
Ann Marie is our Office Administrator and mother of two. Together they keep everything running at OBS and are likely the first members of the team you will meet!

Kids are constantly growing and it's common to need a new brace every year! Call us for a growth assessment if you notice any of the following:
1️⃣ Toes are longer than the footplate
2️⃣ Brace is short on the calf
3️⃣ Brace fits tight
4️⃣ New redness/discomfort
Depending on how the brace fits we may be able to do a growth adjustment or a new brace may be required.
