📣EXCITING UPDATE 📣

Mat Pilates is coming to The Sweat Box! The studio community heard it first, and now it’s time to spread the word!!

April 2nd will be our first (and second) Pilates class. Join us on your mats at 7pm for a 60 minute classical Pilates experience, lead by our new instructor, Rachel.

Due to high demand, we will host a second Pilates class at 8pm, on opening night only. Spots are limited, so keep your eyes peeled on your booking app to secure your spot!
