🚒🥊 Huge thank you to the firefighters from Fire Station 3 in Kitchener for visiting Fierce N Fit today!

Our athletes had the opportunity to work out alongside firefighters, explore the fire truck, learn about fire safety, and build positive community connections.

Experiences like this help create comfort, confidence, inclusion, and understanding for individuals with special needs and disabilities.

Thank you firefighter Chris and Lauren for taking the time to make this happen for our athletes and families. 🚒❤️

We are incredibly proud of our Fierce N Fit Boxer and Champion, Zach Cook, for stepping into the ring at this year’s Punchout MS.

Zach’s fight was one of the highlights of the night, showcasing heart, determination, courage, and a true love for the sport of boxing. His performance lit up the ring, and his entire team, family, and everyone in attendance could not have been prouder.

A huge show of respect to his opponent, Coach Sam Weber, who bravely stepped into the ring to face our champion. It was a bout filled with mutual respect, sportsmanship, and passion for the sport.

Thank you to Zach’s coaches, training partners, sparring partners, volunteers, family, and supporters who stood beside him and helped prepare him for this incredible moment. We are grateful for the amazing community that continues to support and believe in our athletes.

At Fierce N Fit, we continue to prove that with opportunity, support, and belief, anything is possible for everyone.

OUR SUMMER CAMP IS OFFICIALLY FULL

We are so excited to share that our Fierce N Fit Summer Boxing Camp is now at full capacity.

This milestone means so much to us and reflects the strength of our community.

We are proud to share that our summer camp is supported by the Kids to Camp Fund held at Kitchener Waterloo Community Foundationmunity Foundation, making it possible for athletes 18 and under to attend completely free of charge. Removing financial barriers means more athletes get the opportunity to participate, grow, and be part of something special.

This week will be filled with:
Boxing training
Fitness and movement
Community outings
Social and team activities

We are currently looking for volunteers to join us and support this experience.
