Our office is looking to hire an enthusiastic, eager, and hardworking Insurance Broker for our Waterloo, ON team. Active Insurance Broker License is required, or in the process of obtaining. Preferably someone with Insurance industry work background and knowledge. Competitive salary and/or straight commission with benefits.

The office focuses on sales and maintaining of Auto, Home, and Commercial Insurance related products with multiple Insurance companies. The office helps facilitate client insurance needs with the right insurance product and company.

Job Description
The position requires Insurance Broker related tasks to be completed on a daily basis such as speaking with clients, processing Insurance applications, maintain policies, and communicating with companies and in office staff / personnel. It is a fast-paced environment; thus, the broker will be required to be great at multi-tasking and pay attention to detail. This is a position where you can grow, deal with your own clients, and learn from people with great experience in the industry. It is an independent job as much as it is working as a team. You may be able to work on site and remotely.

Requirements
- Fluent in written and oral English
- Fast typing skills
- Familiarity and knowledge of use for Microsoft Office related products (Word, Excel, etc.)
- Comfortable with technology and learning new applications
- Adaptable to new tasks
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure
- Great communication skills
- R.I.B.O. License
- 2- 3 years’ experience preferable
