Acapulco Pools

The secret’s out and we’re so happy we can finally share this big news. The aquatic centre at the new Cambridge Recreation Complex will officially be named the Bernie Gall Memorial Pool 💙

Bernie was the heart of Acapulco Pools, a company that has been part of the Waterloo Region for over 50 years, so it feels particularly fitting to see his name live on in this way.

The facility is currently under construction and will open this winter. For us at Acapulco Pools, it’s especially meaningful seeing his name connected to a project we are building.

We can’t wait to see the Bernie Gall Memorial Pool open and serve the community for generations to come.

A new and improved pool is coming to the City of Toronto ’s Blantyre Park. As part of a major park redevelopment, we’re working with Rutherford Contracting Ltd., Aqua Plans Aquatic Consultants Inc., and Cherie NG Architect to build the new Blantyre Public Pool in southwest Scarborough.

The facility will include a new five-lane lap pool with a shallow (three-foot deep) family side pool, an accessible ramp leading to the pool deck, and a stepped-down wading pool entrance area, all designed to meet AODA standards.

Big things are coming to Log Chateau Park Ltd Family Campground this summer ☀️

We’re building two outdoor concrete pools, one octagon and one rectangular. The rectangular pool will include a climbing wall and two basketball hoops. We’re also installing all mechanical systems along with a high-efficiency pool heater.

Beautiful morning skies 🌤️ over Aylmer Public Pool as we install a new commercial-grade pool liner (replacing the previous painted finish) and modernize key mechanical systems, including replacing approximately 30-year-old sand filters with regenerative media filtration, installing new chemical controllers, a pool heater, and a new recirculation pump for the wading pool.
