Sports Day family Munchalunch will remain open for ordering till Sunday night! We want to make sure all families get a chance to order because this year there won’t be any meal trucks or extra meal food to buy on site, only snacks (lemonade, ice cream, donuts, etc).
🍕 Preorder your lunch today and have everything set for a fun picnic on the field! Slices or whole pizza are ready to order!!
🍩Also while there, get your Krispy Kreme donut order too!
The Lost and Found crew has been diligent gathering the clothing from around the school and Alicyn (office admin) has been amazing bringing the rack in and out each day. This time 2 PAC members organized and hung the clothing as it was an overwhelming amount gathered.
Table and rack will be out all hours Please take a moment to look through the Lost & Found and encourage your child to make sure they bring home everything they came to school with. Managing and storing large amounts of unclaimed items creates extra work for school staff, and we’d love to see more of these belongings returned to their families.
I was amazed by the amount of clothing in our Lost & Found! While we all know how easily items can get misplaced during a busy school day, the volume of unclaimed clothing is a good reminder for all of us to check in with our children regularly about what they’ve brought to and from school.
SHARE this post with all Ladner Ele families and anyone that uses out field (Our page is public so u can share!)
Thank you for helping keep our Lost & Found under control!

Third Annual Walk for Truth and Reconciliation - Tuesday, September 29
We are excited to share details for Sd37s 3rd annual Walk for Truth and Reconciliation.
The main walk and ceremony will be on Tuesday, September 29th at South Delta Secondary in Tsawwassen.
Similar to past years, all Delta schools and work sites are encouraged to participate in a walk around their community and then watch the live-streamed ceremony.
All the information for the event can be found at: www.deltalearns.ca/indigenouseducation
This year we are adding a new element to the TRC walk. Staff and students can purchase hoodies, T-shirts, toques or hats, based on a logo created by a South Delta Secondary student.
