The crew from Pristine Landscaping has been hard at work finishing up the beautiful landscaping at this Black Mountain home. The client has been gathering plants all summer (and planting more than a few herself) excited to make her vision for her backyard oasis into a stunning reality!

The Lumby H**pcrete house is a special project that blends craft,community & green design. Set amongst nature in the most serene location overlooking the Shuswap River, this project is truly a heart-led & hands-on build, with homeowner Kathy part of the hardworking crew installing the hempcrete. The interior walls are nearing completion, concrete deck ready to be poured, and exterior finishes are readied!

From ashes to foundations — we’ve reached a major milestone in Anglemont, BC: excavation complete and concrete footings in place for a new lakefront home rebuilt after the devastating 2023 fires. It’s been an incredible journey partnering with Barr Engineering, a team we’ve trusted for years in Lloydminster and now in the Okanagan. A huge thank-you to KJS Excavating, Spooner Concrete, and Delaurier Construction for your hard work and craftsmanship. Here’s to a safe build, spectacular views, and a bright future by the water.
