Happy International Womans Day! ✨❤️✨ I've spent most of my life holding myself to impossible standards set up by society for woman, to be smaller, quieter, younger, and take up less space. What I've been really leaning into over the last year is loving all of me, at every stage, and every age with love, compassion and grace. While it hasn't always been easy, the consistency of reminding myself that every part of this life journey is a privilege and the gratitude for ALL of it, especially the hard days, are milestones to grow and expand and THRIVE! Today and everyday, I am grateful mostly for the strong and empowering woman in my life who remind me of how lucky I am to be an awakened woman, full of knowledge and experience and so much love for all of it, and a willingness and eagerness to share it! Be loud, take up space, and share the love, today and always ❤️❤️❤️✨✨✨
