Another couple examples of small projects that Summit Handyman can help you with. This client had a leaky bathroom faucet. Since I was already in there to replace the faucet, she also wanted a pop up drain stopper installed at the same time. Since the supplied drain tailpiece was shorter, I simply replaced the entire drain assembly right to the wall. Also re-caulked the sink. (Video in the comment)
Another customer failed their fire inspection due improper installation of a bathroom exhaust fan. In a bit of a time crunch, I was able to help him in a timely matter over the weekend, so they could show their strata that it was complete and to code to pass the inspection the following week.

Looking to convert your space? This den I had previously converted in to their media room. With my customers now expecting a little one, they needed a reconversion in to a little nursery. With some patching, painting, and simple framing for an accent wall. Shelves and cabinets for storage and decor are on the way to be installed, this will make great use of this space.
