I'll be joining other local artists for .art 's theme of "Kinship: Connecting with the Land and Each Other" 🌿

This is one of my pieces that I'll be showcasing titled "Lapu Lapu". That weekend will be the 1 year anniversary of such a tragic event for our Filipino community, the "Lapu Lapu Day festival".

I wanted to pay homage to our community, and to Lapu Lapu for representing strength, resistance and resilience, fighting against the colonizers. 🇵🇭
