Are you ready for a challenging and rewarding career on the water? Harken Towing is looking for motivated individuals to join our Deckhand Training Program.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Experience: Prior experience is preferred but not required for the right candidates.
Physical Requirements: This is a physically intensive position; applicants must be prepared for demanding work.
Pre-Hire Conditions: A marine medical examination, along with a drug and alcohol screening and Criminal Record Check are required before hire.
Compensation and Benefits:
Starting Salary: Successful candidates completing the program can expect to earn $100,000 + annually.
Comprehensive Benefits Package: Successful candidates completing the programcn expect pension, healthcare, and additional benefits.
