You might have noticed some new signage on the front of our shop. Nothing has changed for us, we still have a dropoff and pickup door.

But we have a new neighbor, TruFit & Wellness who are opening their doors very soon, and they've been working hard to renovate 1600sqft into a super cool fitness studio right behind our salon.

I encourage you to follow their page for updates on class dates and opportunities to work with a trainer for boot camps or personally to reach your fitness goals.

The last few months have been a little quieter than usual, but behind the scenes we’ve been working hard to prepare for the next chapter of Tru Fit. 💪🔥

Over the years, one thing has always stayed the same — our passion for helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident while creating a space where everyone feels welcome.

Now, we’re excited to be building something new. A fresh chapter, a new environment, and new opportunities to continue bringing fitness and wellness experiences to our community.
