***Looking for witnesses for a hit and run***

On Aug 19th at approx 4:50pm, one of our employees was travelling northbound on hwy 814 to Beaumont. At the intersection of hwy 814 and hwy 625, they were stopped waiting to turn right (eastbound) onto hwy 625. (about 4-5 cars back from the turn) when they were struck from behind by a black SUV. They put their hazards on and moved to the shoulder, upon exiting their vehicle the driver of the SUV pulled a u turn and fled the scene driving southbound on hwy 814!

Unfortunately, they were not able to get the license plate of the SUV and they are unsure of the make and model. Driver was a female with dirty blond hair. RCMP have been notified and one witness also reported already.

We are hoping someone saw something or has dash cam footage by chance. If you know the person that did this please encourage them to step forward or If anyone saw anything please reach out or report it to the RCMP.
