The Gluten Free Baking instructor, Teresa, is a celiac, studied dietary technology, owned a gluten-free bakery and held hands-on baking classes in her small town in Alberta, Canada. Once Covid-19 happened, her classes went ONLINE. People are enjoying learning these excellent skills, techniques and recipes from their homes and being successful gluten free bakers!

Teresa’s heart is fulfilled with the wonderful feedback from the people who have attended her classes. She likes to say, ‘You can give someone a baked good and their happiness lasts a moment ... OR you can teach someone to make their own and they are equipped to enjoy with their families and friends for a lifetime!’
