U16 Girls White | 2026–2027 Coaching Staff
Head Coach | Brittany Noble
Brittany has proudly called Lethbridge home for the past 20 years. A former college volleyball athlete, she developed a lifelong passion for the sport that continues today through her involvement with LVC as both a coach and mentor. Brittany is committed to helping athletes build confidence, refine their skills, and grow both on and off the court. Her athlete-centered approach focuses on creating a positive environment where players are challenged, supported, and encouraged to reach their potential. Outside of volleyball, Brittany works as a local realtor and enjoys giving back to the community she loves.
Assistant Coach | Paula McDonald
Paula brings more than 10 years of coaching experience at the junior high and high school levels. As a player, she competed in three provincial championships and earned First Team Provincial All-Star honours. She is passionate about athlete development and creating a positive environment where players can build confidence, strengthen teamwork skills, and develop a lifelong love for the game. Her goal is to help athletes grow both on and off the court while fostering lasting friendships and a strong sense of community.
We are excited to have Brittany and Paula leading the U16 Girls White team this season and look forward to seeing the athletes thrive under their guidance.

Tiffany Kiist – Head Coach, U14 Girls Blue
Tiffany brings a wealth of volleyball experience and passion to the LVC coaching team. A former Lethbridge College Women’s Volleyball player, she began her coaching journey through college summer camps and the Stars Volleyball Program before joining LVC in 2003 while completing her Education degree at the University of Lethbridge.
Over the years, Tiffany has coached multiple U15 and U16 club teams, as well as JV and Senior Girls volleyball at LCI. After taking time away to focus on raising her family, she returned to coaching and has continued to help young athletes develop both on and off the court.
With experience coaching athletes of all ages, Tiffany has a special passion for the developmental stages of the game, where growth, confidence, and skill development happen quickly. She is committed to creating a positive environment where athletes can build strong fundamentals, compete with confidence, and develop a lifelong love for volleyball.

🏐 Head Coach | Keri Williamson
Entering her fifth season of club volleyball coaching and third year coaching Grade 9 volleyball at Chinook High School, Keri brings a wealth of experience, passion, and leadership to the U17 Girls Blue program. A former collegiate athlete and Kinesiology graduate, Keri’s journey through the sport taught her resilience, adaptability, and the value of perseverance—qualities she now strives to instill in her athletes.
With multiple NCCP certifications and a strong belief in multi-sport development, Keri is committed to helping athletes become well-rounded competitors and confident leaders. Her focus extends beyond wins and losses, emphasizing character, resilience, confidence, and a lifelong love of sport while helping athletes reach their full potential both on and off the court.
We’re excited to have Keri leading the U17 Girls Blue program and look forward to a fresh, competitive, and exciting 2026–2027 club season.
