Hello friends of Coaldale Community Kitchen,
Just a quick reminder and warm invite to our upcoming Big Cook Day at the Coaldale Community Kitchen on Saturday, October 25th from 9:00 AM to around 2:00 PM (come for all or part of the day—whatever works for you!).
We’ll be cooking up meals and baking treats for the Safe Families freezer, and we’d love your help!

• 📍 Location: Coaldale Mennonite Church Kitchen
• 🕘 Time: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM (drop in as you're able!)
• 🍽️ What to Bring: Your favorite knives, peelers, and good energy!
It’s a great time to connect, chop, cook, and contribute to something meaningful for families in need.

Turning unbearable tragedy into a national movement, the Boulets have been at the forefront of promoting organ donations across Canada by co-creating Green Shirt Day to honour the tragic passing of their son Logan. 💚

“Their unwavering positivity and willingness to allow their very personal story be the catalyst for a national campaign is remarkable and the University is proud to recognize their efforts through honorary degrees," says ULethbridge Chancellor Terry Whitehead (BA ’94).
