A look back at an amazing event! Peterborough + Kawartha Chamber Business Summit was a full day dedicated to helping business owners take the next step in their growth journey.

The day opened with a keynote from Jon Pole, Bringing the Human Back to Your Culture, followed by a panel discussion covering increasing visibility, telling your story through content marketing, and building stronger networking and referral strategies.

Every session left people with something practical they could put to use right away.

Our CEO, Jennifer Lamantia, took part in the "Today's Workforce" panel, sharing a look at our local talent pool, the skills in demand right now, and the workforce realities businesses in the Peterborough region are navigating.

Beyond the sessions themselves, the day made room for real conversations, new ideas, and connections with local experts and thought leaders.
