Morgan Sullivan, Registered Kinesiologist

With several years of experience in clinical kinesiology, Morgan enjoys helping individuals improve their mobility, strength and confidence through movement. He supports clients at all stages of their journey with an approach that is encouraging and practical.

He believes movement is medicine and that a focus on progress over perfection helps clients to stay active in ways that feel realistic, achievable and meaningful.

Ros Banks, Seniors Fitness Instructor

Ros has a strong background in seniors and group exercise classes, with many years of experience teaching a variety of classes.

She combines these various styles into a full body fitness class that focuses on safe strength and conditioning appropriate for our members.

This class takes a break over the summer, but keep and eye out for it's return in September!
