Sometimes if we're unsure whether it's repairable or not, rather than making you come all the way to us, we'll ask you to send us a photo to be sure. The turnaround time for letting you know if it's repairable or not is as soon as we get your picture.

We don't set the price for insurance claims. If you call for a quote, the price we give you is YOUR cost. If you go through your insurance company for your windshield replacement, then we follow their approved pricing.
