Today is the Irish Festival of St Bridget's Day! The story of St Bridget is a tender story of how, when a Pagan King was on his death bed, St Bridget sat beside him weaving her Cross from twine. She sat quietly beside him as he peacefully slept and sang to him. Within his last hours, he asked for her to bless him.
It's a story free of judgement, of kindness, of peace.
