The Book Barn - Tim Wellstead
Tucked away down a little sideroad off Highway 86 is The Book Barn. The converted Victorian era build now houses more than 40,000 books in a well organized and neatly arranged store.
Tim worked at Attic Books in the 90’s before opening Condor Fine Books in 2001 with his wife, Stacey. The idea of converting his parents old barn into a bookstore was due to a lack of retail space to expand into in Kincardine. Condor was sold in 2018 and The Barn has been growing since.
