For two immersive days, a room full of over 110 passionate speech-language pathologists, OTs, clinical directors, and educators completely re-defined what is possible in neurodiversity-affirming care with the brilliant Cari Ebert.
We stepped away from the standard, passive webinar screen and got “brain tingly” instead. We challenged old compliance-based therapy models, dived deep into Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA), and shifted our focus entirely from “What’s wrong?” to “What’s possible?”.
When our attendees were asked how they felt leaving this in-person intensive, the response was clear: an average confidence jump to 8/10 in immediately applying these neurodiversity-affirming strategies to their active caseloads on Monday morning.
