From starting in Mold Maintenance and learning the ins and outs of our highly complex precision LSR tools, to now leading both the TDTS and OTS departments, Josue’s journey has been built on hard work, leadership, and an unwavering commitment to his team.

Over the years, Josue has helped build strong, high-performing teams by recognizing the strengths of those around him and creating efficiencies that continue to drive success across departments. No matter the challenge, Josue is someone you can count on to step up and deliver results.🌟

His patient and empathetic leadership style has shaped a culture of trust, collaboration, and accountability. Something recently recognized by Starlim Austria when they described the OTS contingent as “the best OTS team we have ever had at SNA.”

⚡ Fun fact: Long before joining Starlim, Josue was already known for his strong work ethic, spending seasons priming to***co on a family farm in Norfolk County. A job that definitely builds resilience and determination!
