Mount Baker Summit - 3288m. This goal of mine was an amazing journey and only the beginning of testing myself and what I thought was possible for myself. I had the pleasure to meet 17 new people that all delivered a unique perspective to the climb coming from all different backgrounds and skill sets. When we were on the mountain we connected immediately and I couldn’t have imagined a more wholesome fun experience. My rope team Ty (Our Guide), Bob a 63 year old Seattle bad ass who became an immediate positive light throughout my experience and Inacio a Brazilian born and raised, currently living in Atlanta and another amazing positive influence on the trek. I couldn’t have asked for a better team to summit with. I feel like I learned so much about my team in such a short time frame and really enjoyed the celebratory beer when we made it back to the guide hut. This will truly go down as one in the memory books and I can’t wait to continue this mountaineering journey and see what more is possible.

Mount Brunswick is too much fun. 5866’ up. I had to turn back from summit in April this year from bad snow conditions but this summer ascent was so worth it.

Dreaming of Nepal

They’ll take me anywhere and everywhere, hopefully anywhere is higher and higher in the mountains.
