Thursday's sourdough of the day (aside from our daily rustic loaf) is our organic multigrain sandwich loaf! Made with organic flour and local company: Anita's multigrain cereal, this loaf is perfect for sandwiches! All our sourdoughs are made with only a natural sourdpugh levain, and require a 24h ferment.
