So I decided to make slow cooked wings 3 ways with fried green tomatoes and fried zucchini with 3 sauces...
yogurt mayo honey ranch,

chipotle honey mustard,

and of course, a ...

spicy remoulade.

The wings were dry rub. 1) salt and black pepper.

2) salt, black pepper, and paprika.

3) chipotle, salt, black pepper, chili powder, Italian herbs, onion powder, garlic powder.

to these two. I am the most fortunate father to be their daddy.
