Who We Are:

Real (Ray) Lafortune started out in the insulation trade over 15 years ago and hasn’t looked back. Our team is driven by a safety first attitude. Our insulation business includes supply and install of batt and blown in fibreglass insulation, mineral wool, cellulose insulation, mechanical, wire & pipe firestop systems, polyurethane, thermal, acoustic and fireproofing spray applied systems. Our team is fully trained and accredited through Hilti, ThermaCoustic Industries and Cellufiber Industries. We enjoy the accolades from our work performed on LEEDS projects, and passive house systems.

Our business is to provide quality service and to help you plan a successful project in advance of supplying & installing these products so your project can proceed efficiently, effectively and produce cost savings for many years to come. Scope of Work:

- Supply & installing thermal & acoustical fiberglass and/or mineral fiber insulation
- Thermal and acoustical spray applied insulation's
- Fireproofing spray applied semi cementitious mineral fiber insulation - Supply & Install firestop (F,H & T rated) caulking at all wire and pipe penetrations and joint applications to fire rated partitions (including system 15)
- Extraction, removal and testing of insulation products  Project management and accountability for quality control

- All Firestop products will be backed by submittals approved by your Architect and inspecting parties.
- Training our staff to continually meet the changing criteria of our business and that of our clients is a priority.

We strive for a “no extra’s” policy with all our clients and will only implement a scope change order for work deemed extra after discussing any major unforeseen issues, costs and scope of work changes with those in charge.
