Sometimes growth feels exciting… and overwhelming all at once.

There comes a point in every session where everything starts coming together, but somehow still feels messy in your head. The choreography, the costumes, the details, the rehearsals… it can feel like a lot.

But that is often where the biggest growth happens.

This week, shared how she challenged herself by stepping into a trio, even after almost saying no. Choosing the thing that scares you a little is not always comfortable, but it is often where confidence is built.

Trusting yourself when things feel uncertain is a skill.

Trusting the process when everything feels unfinished is a skill.

And showing up anyway is what makes breakthroughs possible.
