Matt, RMT at Health & Wellness Unlimited

As a formed athlete with a deep understanding of recovery, Matt brings both personal experience and clinical expertise to his practice.

Multiple rods and screws in his left tibia and fibula. Broke both wrists, at the same time. Countless sprained ligaments and strained muscles from years of sport and being active. Nowadays, he spends more time on the other side of recovery, allowing him to focus on helping his patients get back to doing what they enjoy.

As a therapist, Matt enjoys diving into current pain science research and providing symptomatic relief through hands-on techniques like massage, joint mobilizations, and passive stretching.

Now that his baseball days are behind him, he enjoys time spent with family and working to perfect his skate skiing on the cross-country trails at Sun Peaks Resort ❄️

Fun Fact: Matt is the brother of Health and Wellness RMT,Alicia Gauthier and Fiancé of Physio Megan Holm!

DONGGI SEO, RMT

DONGGI is a graduate of Langara College’s Massage Therapy Program. He specializes in a dynamic treatment style—combining Swedish techniques, trigger point therapy, and joint mobilizations to address soft-tissue limitations.

​As a firm believer in active therapy, DONGGI empowers his patients with education on load management and exercise strategies for long-lasting recovery. His passion for movement stems from his background as a speed skater ⛸️, and he remains an avid tennis🎾 and pickleball player today. This lifelong athletic experience gives him a unique understanding of sports-related recovery and biomechanics.

​When not in the clinic, DONGGI is a dedicated family man who enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter in Maple Ridge and exploring the outdoors on camping trips⛺️. He is committed to helping you stay mobile, healthy, and pain-free.
