🐛 From Crafts to the Real Thing! 🌿

Remember those cute caterpillar crafts we made recently? Well, the learning didn't stop there! Puddle Hoppers welcomed some very special, wriggly guests into our classrooms. 🔍✨

Our little learners were absolutely mesmerized as they watched real caterpillars munch on leaves and explore their temporary homes. Bringing nature indoors sparked so many curious questions and giant smiles. We loved watching them grow and transform together! 🦋💚

From bright colours to imaginative designs, the children loved exploring spring-inspired activities while practicing creativity and fine motor skills. It’s always amazing to see their personalities shine through in their artwork! 💚

We love filling our classrooms with hands-on learning and lots of creative fun.

🌸 Spring Has Sprung at Puddle Hoppers! ☀️

Spring is finally here, and we’re so excited to welcome the new season! 🌿

With warmer weather, blooming flowers, and brighter days ahead, the children have been enjoying more outdoor play, nature-inspired activities, and spring-themed crafts. It’s such a wonderful time of year for learning, exploring, and discovering all the changes happening around us.

We can’t wait for all the fun and growth this season will bring! 🌼✨

Celebrating ECE, appreciation and Mother’s Day at two centers this year was so much fun🩷 The cards, the notes, the gifts, the conversations, that brought me to tears, all of it was heartwarming and incredible. The food from AbracaShaba Focacceria was amazing and I know that our teams at Haney place and Lougheed felt appreciated!!  Huge shout out to the teachers for the effort put into the Mother’s Day gifts created with the kids, it was lovely to see so many happy moms and so many kids excited😃. What a community we have created. I am Grateful and always appreciative of the support from our families and especially our staff who work so hard every day !!

"I have been working in the Early Childhood Education field since 2023, and I love working with young children. Each child is a different world for me to discover and nourish. My experience of studying and working with students in Vietnam and the Republic of Korea opened my vision about the importance of early childhood education which is the solid foundation for the children’s growth and development. I also reckon that it is crucial to build and maintain respectful relationships with families and the community. I look forward to growing with the children every single day as a person who contributes significantly to their holistic development."

🌼 Celebrating Baisakhi at Puddle Hoppers 🌾

Earlier this month, we had a wonderful time celebrating Baisakhi at Puddle Hoppers!

The children explored the meaning of this special spring festival through colourful activities, crafts, and learning about new traditions. It was a great opportunity to introduce themes of community, harvest, and celebration in a fun and engaging way.

We love creating moments like these where children can learn about and appreciate different cultures from around the world. 💛

We’ve been loving the warmer weather this week at Puddle Hoppers! ☀️

The children have been spending more time outdoors, enjoying fresh air, active play, and exploring our outdoor spaces. From running and playing to hands-on activities outside, it’s been wonderful to see everyone soaking up the sunshine and making the most of the season.

🌟Diana Tanasa🌟

My name is Diana, and I was born in Romania. I immigrated to Canada in 2004 with my sister and father. I’m so excited to be joining the Puddle Hoppers family. I have been working in early childhood education for over a decade. Supporting children as they learn and grow in their own unique ways is not just my career – it’s truly my passion.

I look forward to creating a warm and caring environment for your little ones. Over a decade, one of my most important accomplishments has been building strong, lasting connections with families and children, helping them feel supported and understood.
I believe that children thrive when they feel safe, loved, and encouraged, and it is an honor for me to help provide that foundation.
When I’m not at work, I am a proud mom to three amazing boys. I love spending time with my family, enjoying the outdoors, listening to music, and always focusing on the positive side of life.

To all the families at Puddle Hoppers I’m truly grateful for the chance to be part of your children’s early learning journey. I look forward to getting to know each of you and to sharing in many special moments together.

🐣 Easter Fun at Puddle Hoppers 🌷

Last week, we had such a wonderful time celebrating Easter at Puddle Hoppers! 🐰💛

The children enjoyed festive crafts, creative activities, and lots of excitement throughout the week. Our classrooms were filled with bright colours, springtime fun, and plenty of smiles as everyone took part in the celebrations.

It was a joyful way to welcome the season and create special memories together. 🌸✨

Had such a great time taking photos with our Haney Place location kiddos, and a few of our littles from our 226th location as well. Hoping everyone is having a wonderful Easter weekend!

🦕 Dinosaur Week Adventures! 🦖

We had so much fun learning about dinosaurs and bringing them into our activities and artwork. The children loved exploring, creating, and discovering something new each day!
