Hiring a Lawyer (Solicitor's practice) at our local firm.

We are looking for a lawyer to join our practice in Maple Ridge. We are an established but growing firm of five lawyers offering a collegial atmosphere and a large client base.

We require a lawyer able to take on solicitor work (including Real Estate, Wills & Estates, Corporate Law). The ideal candidate will possess a willingness to be involved in the community and to grow a practice of his or her own. There is an existing, large client base however, that would form a large part of your practice.

We are looking for a candidate who brings solid references showing the ability to work well with staff and to meet client expectations. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are a must. A familiarity with word processing and legal software is also a plus.

Compensation is commensurate with experience, and will be based in part on a share of receipts generated. As well, we provide under cover parking , paid holidays and sick leave, and extended medical coverage after 3 months.
