so this project was shingles off, full high temperature underlayment bonded to the decking. 24ga iron ore standing seam snap lock. We used a perforated z bar for no screws in the ridge capping as well on the side rails wall flashing. The chimney got a new flashing detail and full repoint that looks awesome. Great client’s awesome project!!
